She developed an interest in acting at an early age and even took part in children’s theater.
Monique made her debut TV show appearance as Criança in Vira Lata in 1996. In 2001, she was cast in her first feature film as Fada in Anti-Mrs. Miracle.
Her television and film credits include Once in a Blue Moon, Young Hearts, Pure Beauty, Fifties Club, A Vila, and God Save the King.
